Yanchep is notorious for its Christmas season fires, and yep, this year is no different. The fire engines have just raced up our street and the sky is thick with black and orange smoke. It's a worry!

oh Wendy that is so scary....i hope you will be OK..... we are thinking of you.....it is so scary ...one of our memeber families house burned down on wednesday and left their family of 6 homeless. They are all OK just no clothes but at least they were not hurt...isurance has covered accomadation for them and the house will be rebuilt and they can go on a shopping spree...but they are still in shock.
