We stopped at the aquarium in Kalbarri and had a five minute look. (Really, it was a miniscule aquarium compared to Perth's Aqua, so that's how long it took.) Here are some of the shots:
If you want to see some AMAZING aquarium pictures go visit Poppyprint, because her pics are WAY more spectacular than mine and are taken at the Vancouver Aquarium!

Red Rocks
At the Kalbarri National Park (after a very long drive along dusty, bumpy roads), there are beautiful views and rock formations, the stand out one being Nature's Window. I love looking at these layered rocks:
There were sheer drops over the sides of these cliffs. I sooo should have been wearing different shoes!

The Tower
One more thing I want to share about the Rainbow Jungle is that there is a great tower,
with magnificent views
of the beach,
the outdoor cinema,
and the distant cliffs.

Rainbow Jungle Art
As well as the colourful birds in my last post, there was also an art exhibition from some local artists and school children at the Rainbow Jungle in Kalbarri. The winged dolls were made by six year olds!

For the birdlovers out there
I'm not really into birds, but I adore the many colours of their feathers. When we were in Kalbarri, we visited the Rainbow Jungle, a sanctuary for colourful birds. Here are my fave pics:

Stunning gorges
In the school hols, we took a trip up to Kalbarri. It was a really pretty place, and we had some great cliff top adventures:
And the same rock from the other side:
This is the view at Pot Alley. That's Jack and Jonathon down there!
This gorge is called the Grandstand:
This is Island Rock:
And the same rock from the other side:
This is the Natural Bridge:
Most of the viewing points looked something like this:
This is what you see when you look straight down!
Here are the boys at the top of Red Bluff:
Loved these views!

So excited!!
I just have to share this photo because I'm pretty thrilled! I hosted my first Tupperware party a couple of weeks ago, with some friends from work, and my sister, Kristie, and, bless em, the girls spent heaps!! I just got all the orders in from the lovely Marlene, my Tupperware lady, and these are all my freebies:
All I paid was $10.40, and all of this loot was mine! Host bonuses, game bonuses, thank you gifts, host gifts, host bonuses, host vouchers - all for me! (About $450 worth!)
Now, I know a good deal when I see one, so I thought I'd let you all know just how beneficial it is to host a Tupperware party. I'm certainly going to do it again!!
I must say, it wouldn't have happened without the girls from work being so supportive, making the day full of laughs, and spending their well-deserved earnings on kitchen products. Thank you so much!!!!!
